Ribbon bar from Godet?

Is this 3 placer a godet bar?

The devices are really crisp and the backing is grey ( a sign for godet)

I saw Rick Lundström writing it in an old post.

So I thought, that's true

Rick was an amazing researcher and a boon to the hobby. His presence is sincerely missed. Very sad about his premature departure.

There may be a higher prevalence of this color with Godet bars, but I've seen numerous color backings in bars made by them. Pierce is right: it's more about components.
