Don't know for sure, but the LW insignia is the design for qualified vehicle drivers.

I would assume that this is rather small in size? It looks to me like a commemorative fob, given during Christmas of 1942, to those of the First Company of the motor vehicle training installation in Neubiberg. There was a large Luftwaffe air base/training facility at Neubiberg, located on the outskirts of Munich. I would think that this is a scarce item, although not particularly valuable. Interesting piece, though.
