which rewards it can get in its capacity as a Sanitätssoldat ?

I have some with ISA's, ASA, KBA, Ost, EK2 & EK1. There were almost all that sanitassoldat's were able to be awarded. Stewy

Infantry assault badge, general assault, drivers badge, Ost medal, Iron cross, war merit medal. It's more difficult to think of something they couldn't win. Snipers badge being one. Stewy

Also the Deutsches Volkspflege (Social Welfare) award ...



The example above also has the Luftschutz Award IInd Class but the War Service Cross IInd Class with Swords and the Social Welfare Award would be typical for a soldier/medic.

Just as an example as a front line medic SS-Hstuf Josef Mengele was awarded ..

Iron Cross (First and Second Class)
War Merit Cross (Second Class with Swords)
Eastern Front Medal
Wound Badge (Black)
Social Welfare Decoration
German Sports Badge (Bronze)

He was obviously a very brave man under fire as well as being a despicable monster away from the front.

Good call Ian. German cross, Knights cross, wound badge. One I don't have or remember seeing is either grade of Panzer badge. But I was possible. There's almost too many to list. Stewy

I see frequently the ruban of War Merit or Eastern Front worn with the button in the middle of the uniform. I wondering, Its possible to see an other ruban here ?

In theory you could have the Iron Cross 2nd class (EKII) ribbon from either World War, possibly with the 'Spange' or 'Bar' for the 1939 Iron Cross if it was a 1914 ribbon.

Also by regulation the Ostvolk medal ribbon was to be worn through the second button hole as well and (if I remember correctly) the Lifesaving Medal ... shown below on a 'feldspange'



Realistically the ribbons you see are EKII perhaps with bar, KVKII and Ost Medal
