Order of the Eagle neck award w/ case

I ran across this today from one of my sources and I have no idea if its good or bad. The award looks to be rather well done with a chip to the enamel in one corner but the ribbon felt rather stiff and I have no idea if its good or bad. Would love to hear some thoughts on it. The award document is cut in half, the family didn't want anyone to know who it was from..... Hitler signature is a facsimile but the other signature appears to be fine.

I did not see any silver markings on it at all around the suspension loop either.

The ribbon feels a bit stiff, not soft or silky like I would expect. It seems similar to the replacement EK2 ribbons that you find in its texture.

Nice set. Too bad about the document. When I lived in Germany I saw that all the time also. At least it all was not destroyed. When I was in Germany I met a woman who was the daughter of an Army Col. who burned all her father's WWII Items "a large box" and his uniform the day after he died in the 1970s.
