Help with Foreign award

I am hoping someone could help to try and identify or provide thoughts on the last ribbon award on this bar shown in the image to the right (image viewers) of the Romanian Anti-Communist medal. It is the last ribbon on the bar and looks to have crossed swords with a center strip similar to the Slovakian bravery medal but it does not have the normal device. He did not serve in WWI and was a German national serving with the 22nd Infantry Division for most the war .

Possibly Romanian Order of the Crown with Swords, or Romanian Faithful Service Medal/Cross.

Thanks, he did serve with Romanian units in the first battle of Crimea and the assault on Fort Stalin in Sevastopol. Would the order be correct? I know mistakes were made with bars but the order for those two would normally be over the communist medal correct?

Yes that would be true 'Order of the Crown with Swords' would come before the Anti-Communist if he was in the Rumanina Foreces.

He is obviously German and they way they did things (and many other nations the same, ie UK USA) was any foreign award go at the end of the bar in order they where awarded

So we know this chap most likely got the Anit commif first then the order of the crown.

I say Order of the Crown because the Faithful service medal was like a long service decoration and conveyed on foreigners

He was German, the Anti communism medal (ACM) was almost a given award to units that trained and served with Romanian units. The second would be an award after an action so it makes sense that it would be awarded after the ACM.
