This was just me enlarging the bar area in the prior photo, so hence the blur.

The medal looks fine, the Prague Bar looks to be an 18mm ribbon bar device.

Hi Pat, not sure what the size of your Prager bar is but as Ian said that Prager bar looks like a ribbon bar version which exists in a variety of sizes to fit 15mm, 25mm etc wide ribbons. To the best of my limited knowledge the medals are usually worn with full size Prager bars (30mm +-) but I found one with a 22mm bar which I suspect were originally intented for wear on long medal bars with multiple ribbon devices but can be found on singles.

I attached a few variations Prager bars of different sizes but I'm sure there are others
