Look at the edge of the ribbon, at the weft threads Fake all the way.

They should be like these (and both are UV-) ....

I agree with Ian. I ended up with a fake ribbon that looks very similar to yours, and that also glows under UV. The real ones do not glow, and can be distinguished by the pronounced weave on the edges.
