Can't really tell a lot about the SS medal from those pics, apart from it looks like it has a really thick coat of black paint on it...much, much better photos would help.

One thing it has going for it is that the ties(around the jump ring) on the medals are all the same.

It could be a good original medal bar, but some more pictures (even of the reverse) are needed.
