Question about Ostfront award

Were any Ostfront Medals given to Kriegsmarine members?

Plenty as they supported the advance toward Lenningrad manning E-Boats, Minesweepers, setting up captured harbors to receive supplies in support of the army and then of course the coast artillery needed to defend those harbors.

Still, after all this time, I have not tracked down and KM records for the Ostmedal.

If it is not breaking any rules, would someone be able to send me a copy of a KM award?

At my advanced age I would be happy to have a copy for my records.
