Yes, indeed! Of the three, Free Hanseatic Cities, Hamburg had the most awards by far:

Hamburg Hanseatic Cross- 50,000+ awarded

Bremen Hanseatic Cross- 20,018 awarded

Lübeck Hanseatic Cross- <10,000 awarded
