1) Preußischen Staatsmünze in Berlin
2) Gebrüder Godet of Berlin
3) Hauptmünzamt, Wien
4) I've read somewhere that C.F. Zimmermann of Pforzheim also made them. (unmarked)

There could be other manufacturers as well.
