salesman's boards for Third Reich ribbons?

Hello all,

I believe what I have here is a Salesman's sample or display boards that have been postwar embellished by the Vet that brought them home (ID of what's what is in English) but the pencil writing looks German in origin to me.

Any thoughts on these?

IMO post-war put together with no relevance to an original salesman's board.

Yep that would be my Opinion.

One would guess a very well put together collection by some GI during his posting in Germany?

The sticker for me are the black ribbons on the foreign decorations one did not such a thing till after the war
