Well, its certainly not a Social Welfare Breast Star but a Red Cross Star. The Social Welfare Stars are exceedlingly rare!

S & L did of course make fakes of this award but I am unsure if this one is also a fake or period-produced.

I agree with Ludwig! Opening star is postwar but Stan's one is a REAL beauty!
