Well it looks upside down the ICII should be on the right.
The middle one is hard to tell but looks like one of the Bavarian long service medals
Best guess is the
Verdienstmedaille vom Verdienstorden der Bayerischen Krone
but could be
Verdienstorden der Bayerischen Krone
Militär-Dienstauszeichnung
I think the middle one is Long service Lippe-Schaumburg.
Hi guys,
Definitely not a Baltic Cross ribbon IMO.
Like Peter, I was thinking along the lines of Schaumburg-Lippe, but it would be unusual to have a long-service medal placed between the EK2 and Hindenburg Cross. I also thought of the Schaumburg-Lippe Merit Cross, but that should have a white stripe down the center and this ribbon does not appear to have that.
I'm kind of leaning towards the Bavarian Red Cross Merit Cross for Voluntary War Aid. The placement would make sense between the EK2 and Hindenburg Cross. It might also explain the Hindenburg Cross without Swords: essentially a non-combatant that cared for the wounded and, since his duties brought him close to danger, decorated for bravery with the EK2 and permitted to wear it on the ribbon for combatants.
