Bulgarian award for WH: Light blue/silver vs. light blue/white?

Hello guys

I have a question and hope you can help me. Are these ribbons - light blue/silver and light blue/white - for the same type of award? Just ribbon variations for "Verdienstmedaille Orden für Verdienst Zar Boris Bulgarien 1942"?

They could be, the one with the white (if original) would be of cheaper production method (it needs to be silver bullion wire)!
Also keep in mind that this type of ribbon is the ribbon of the order FOR BRAVERY,
but as you are showing in times of war 3 more orders/medals are given on this ribbon as per regulations:
-the medal FOR MERIT (a variant of which you're showing)
-the order For Merit (strictly military award)
- the order FOR MILITARY MERIT
