General assault badge and uboat badge

Hey guys I saw these at an antique shop earlier today and took a couple of pictures. I was dubious about both of them. Any in sight of their authenticity would be of help to me. My gut is saying that they are not authentic. I recently started collecting and have not got a good eye for fakes yet.

The General Assault badge looks like a Post War Souval.

UBoat badges are not my thing but I would guess it is bad also because of the catch.

Post the Uboat badge in the Kriegsmarine Badges forum. You will get answers from people who know for sure.
