    Another Memellandes

    Hi

    For a rare medal there sure seems to be lot of them popping up these days and I apologize for this but I'm a bit concerned...

    To my untrained eye this Memel looks identical to the "Slanted G Type 1" you gentlemen were kind enough to identify for me last year but unlike the other specimen, no matter how much I blow up the pictures I cant make out the intials "HC" below the wreath ribbon on the back.

    A copy/repro, a weaker strike of the same variant or just another type of "Slanted G" Memel ?

        Then it makes it the same type as my other one and I can use this one to replace the long podium fake I got long ago that was mounted on an original ribbon. And now to find the elusive single drapery mount Memel in good condition to complete my little set
