MG Badge - unknown?

Hi Mark,

It's a badge/tinnie to commemorate the reunion celebration and memorial consecration to former members of the Gebirgs-Maschinengewehr-Abteilungen (mountain machine gun battalions) in the First World War. Apparently, the reunion took place in the town of Seesen on July 8-10, 1939. The tinnie would have been given to those in attendance. I would think this piece is rather hard to come by but, even so, it still just a tinnie so probably not very valuable. Perhaps worth $40 but I am really just guessing at that.
