Well it is a pre war photo when he was a Gruppenführer so after 1931 and before 1934

so based on that

IC II
Bavarian Military Merit Cross 3rd Class with Swords and Crown,
Silesian Eagle,
Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918
Bravery Medal in Bronze (Austria-Hungary)

We will really need a larger photo for this one.
