SS 4 years. ORIGINAL? Opinions please

I have this medal of SS 4 years old service. Is 100% original? Deschler or Petz y Lorenz?
    Thank you in advance.

Nor Deschler, nor P&L, but a good original type I medal.

    My books:

    - THE WEHRPAß & SOLDBUCH OF THE WH
    - THE SS TK RING
    - THE ITALIAN-GERMAN MEDAL
    - THE ANTI PARTISAN BADGE
    - THE AWARDS OF THE LW

    and more!

Agreed, an excellent example of a Type I SS-DA 4.
I personally know of four period documented manufacturers of these awards ie. Deschler, P&L, Schickle and St & L., but unfortunately we cannot attribute a particular medal with any particular maker at this stage.

          SS 4 years medal

According to our database, this version of 4 years can be a Reichsgesetzblatt, one of Heinrich Doehle or may also be a Steinhauer and Luck. It is controversial, but interesting to find out.
          Thank you
          .

This version is indeed shown as an example in both the 'Reichsgesetzblatt' & the Doehle books, but I can only say for definite that it is not made by 'P&L' or 'Schickle'.

Hello JC Gray. Then, could I be sure that it's a Reichsgesetzblatt? the truth is that I have never heard talk about this manufacturer, at least in what for example concerning iron crosses and other countless medals and plaques military or civilian.

              Thank you for your opinion.

"Reichsgesetzblatt" is not a manufacturer...it is literally the 'Reich Law Gazette', which was a twice yearly publication containing every new law that came into force for that period. This included every new award and its regulations.
"Heinrich Doehle" was not a manufacturer either...among other things, he wrote and published books which catalogued all the various awards which were available in the Third Reich.

Thanks for the comment, JC Gray.
                  New things are learned.
I know that Heinrich Doehle was a senior official of the SS who had to do in the new regulatory orders including that certain date between 1941 and 1942, all parts should be marking its manufacturer to thus take some control of quality of the awards. But I am confused still about which manufacturer was which made my SS medal 4 years. Perhaps you could recognize if you put more quality photos. I am insisting on this, but it is something that I round much mind. For my, the years SS medals are those that, within all that were made in the Reich, which force most Nacionalsocialistische I transmit.
                  Greetings fellow.

At the moment manufacturers are not attributable to a type of medal. This is why we call them "type 1" or "type 2".
