The ribbons look very bright next to the age of the medals -- do the ribbons glow under black light?

looks like.......

........ original pieces, but a parts bar. Note that the "furled ribbons" are not equal and consistent in pattern of folds. Someone making these would be consistent, if a period piece, in my opinion. Ribbons might be real, albeit inconsistent with the "age" of the medals. Medals all look real.....
