IMO from your picture looks like Straight G , type 7. Unknown maker

BTW have a look at Antonios original Memel database in the General section, great !

Good type 7.

As for the case, opinion is that these never came in a case.

Looks a good one for me too. Nice set, but as Wayne pointed out Memels never came with case.
