What's really neat about the bar is the way the jump rings are covered with the ribbon.

That's a really nice three-placer. The Meybauer-marked KVK2X is for sure a neat little surprise.

In the following thread Stu W shows a KVK2 w/o swords that is double-marked with an 'L/13' on the edge of the lower cross arm and a '7' on the suspension ring.

I agree! And here is another example of a medal bar where ribbon was used to cover the suspension eyelets of the medals. Possibly the work of the same assembler?
