medals with eagles on-help please

three more from a collection I recently inherited. the first has no marks on the ring but does have some writing around the rim. the second two are the same except for the red. The one on the left has a mark on the ring that reads 21. It is also alot sharper and seems slightly heavier than the other. If I had to take a guess, I would say the medal on the left of the two is possibly OK and the other a copy.
However, as I don't even know what the medals are this is just a guess.
Is it possible to let me know the names of these medals and confirm if any are original.

the volkspflege medal on the right hand side looks like a cast copy

First one is a order of the german eagle merit medal, looks good btw. Rim could be markt with a mm such as muntze Berlin or vienna with a silver mark.

These 2 medals are examples of the Social Welfare Medal or Ehrenzeichen fur Detsche Volkspflege. The left hand one looks ok but badly worn...looks like someone has been busy with a red crayon on the other

These medals are not common at all, prices (with ribbon) between 300-400 euro's.
