That explains why some of these 12 year medals have such short ribbons. I never knew that they supposedly came from sample boards.

Good job on the correction, too! The men's version has the shovel and the women's version is without the shovel. The women didn't have to dig.

Mine is lightweight CupAl though as opposed to the later zinc type which yours appears to be Ron ?
