Help needed with small collection of items

Hello,
I have the opportunity to purchase this lot, but am not sure if any of it is real or not. I believe some of these may be fantasy, but I am by no means an expert...Is there anything real in this lot? Is any of it worth anything? Thank you very much in advance for any help you can give!

Story is it came from a retired Air Force vet, and the great-grandchildren are selling it.

Buckle may be good, but need to see better pix of it. All rings are fake, watch fake, I don't know if the awards are good or not, but considering the lot...I like the cig holder, it's old...but I think everything was added to it, especially the engraving. So for me, buckle maybe, awards maybe...the rest IMHO is junk.

I agree, the KVK2 medal and KVK1 may be original but in rough shape, the buckle might have a chance but also rough, but the other items are outright fake and fantasy pieces.

I'm skeptical of everything except the KVK 2nd class. The pin on the 1st class doesn't look promising. And the rest looks like post war fantasy/fakes.
