That's an 'oldie' but it's an "original".

Maker is "Katz & Deyle" from Pforzheim.

Maker mark on ring is "60".

'Telltales' are - Pronounced leaf on eagle's Left wing....

"L" in the word 'WINTERSCHLACHT' has a 'slightly raised foot'
to it like a pair of cowboy boots being viewed from the side.
