I am thinning out my collection in order to prepare for a move. I want to sell off a bunch of medals that no longer fit into my collecting theme. This is one. What comments can you all put forward on collectors value and authenticity. I want to be sure that my items are good and priced fairly.

This is the first item that I am unsure of.
