Kissing 4-Year Long Service Medal

I was pleased to acquire this Wehrmacht 4-Year Long Service Medal today at a show in Toledo. The packet for this medal is marked to Heinrich Kissing of Menden. I've never had a packeted example by this maker before.

Something tells me that I should leave this medal and ribbon eagle device wrapped up just as they are. As much as I would like to take a peek, I think I will leave them unopened.
