Unknown German Bar???

Hi everybody

I picked this up with a pile of other stuff from a Canadian vets family. Can anybody tell me what it is as I have no idea. Any assistance is appreciated. it is RZM and M1/72 with fold over pins on the back. Thanks

Not that it matters much, but it is a .. M1/72 Fritz Zimmermann, Stuttgart piece.
