It's a fake.

Yep classic early Ohio parts bar before he improved his stitching skills and acquired a correct ordering chart.

Though this combination is not as bad as some of his other early creations.

Thank You for all inputs. Found on forum the same "catch system" that we can see on others Ohio type ribbon bars.

I think that most of these post-war constructed bars - especially those by this particular builder - have a consistent look to them, regardless of the combination.
