    Something Different???????

    Hi guys,

For a change of pace I decided to go to a U.S. Civil War collector's show yesterday. It was a nice show and a good time, but the end result was the same: I came home with German stuff.

I didn't buy anything expensive or rare, but it is always fun to pick up some inexpensive items that don't break the bank.

    Best regards,
    Tom

This early Westwall Medal was $25, which I think was a good deal.

                  Hi Kris,

Here is a better look at the Tiroler Shooting Badges. Both are 1944 badges for small-caliber rifle.

This first one is a gold badge. It is 51.64mm in diameter and weighs 22.0 grams.

                        Hi Tom,

Nice little grouping you found. Early westwall medal is very nice, with correct ribbon too.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

Thanks, Tom. It looks like an original ribbon to me as well.
