        Agree.

Tom's book was a type of jump-start for me; had been away from the hobby for many years and rekindled the interest after buying that book.

          Thanks, James.

I'm glad I was able to help bring you back to this really great hobby.

          Best regards,

I figured I would post this other medal bar by Wolfgang Robert Schwarz, so that you can see how consistent their medal bars are.

                Reverse

I like the detail they put into the 'gathered' look to the ribbon on the reverse.

                  Hi James,

Yes, indeed! And although this bar is not an assembly by Wolfgang Robert Schwarz, it is another example of superb ribbon rosettes with a doubled, two-tier effect.

                  Best regards,
                  Tom

Stunning!! I am really into that Noncombattant bar. That was one of only 13000.

                        Hi Paul,

Thanks for the comments. Yes! 1 of about 13,000 just by virtue of the non-combatant EK2 alone. But then how many of that number of recipients would have this exact combination of decorations? I would not be surprised if this combination is one of a kind.

                        Best regards,
                        Tom
