Not the prettiest one I've ever seen, but it looks like an okay zincer. Or is that corroded aluminum? I think I would spray some WD-40 on that one as it would improve the appearance. Is that supposed to be a '2' marking on the suspension ring? Interesting piece.

I don't think it is a '10'. The Lieferant number '10' would indicate production by Förster & Barth of Pforzheim. That manufacturer did indeed produce Luftschutz Medals, but their marking was incuse-relief: a raised number '10' within a recessed box.
In the comparison below, the marking in question is on the left while a known Förster & Barth marking from a Luftschutz Medal is shown in the center. At the right is an illustration why I think the marking is possibly the number '2'. The Lieferant number '2' would indicate production by C.E. Juncker of Berlin. However, I do not know whether or not Juncker even made Luftschutz Medals. There is still so much to learn about the more common medals.
