Medal Group ID please?

Given to my Grandfather by a POW. Possibly in Belgium.
Can anyone Id the round badge with Hammer & sickle?
& the Badge? with double headed Eagle?

Please ignore the cross with Rose/Shamrock thistle etc! Unless anyone knows what it is?

It is what is called a 'tinnie' or cheap souvenir pin usually for some sort of yearly event I think this one is labour day 1934.

The double headed eagle is I think an Austrian vets tinnie.
