SS Ribbon Bar...???

Hi,
Any views on this ribbon bar ?...mm 'Tz' in a circle on reverse...Hook is missing & unfortunately I managed to break off one of the small tabs on the rear while performing a burn test on the 1 Oktober ribbon...Is this even a possible grouping ?
Sorry about the pics, but they were taken through one of those brass nautical map reading magnifiers.

The grouping is a possible one, although an unusual combination.

All the components, including the runes, look OK to me.

It's probable that the runes have been added to a standard blue service ribbon, but the main thing is that the runes themselves seem to be originals, and these things are rare.

Hi Robin, Thanks for giving it the once-over...I had always assumed that it was fake, as I only paid a Fiver for it 10 years ago (to adorn a repro tunic), but I checked out some of the fake runes on this forum & these are definitely nothing like them. There are traces of 'gold' to the recess between the runes & edges of the inner cross strokes.
