I have seen simlar repro SS boxes in better condition (this one may have been roughed up a little). It looks simlar to the repro ones, but it's a long time since I have seen them and I do not have one for reference. The ones I saw were made for the SS service medals I think.

It may be original, but I have seen simlar repro SS medal boxes.
