It is a 1957 badge, the R on the bottom of the wreath is missing and the setup is modern.Cheers, Frank

Yes, I've noticed a few of these type of badges being sold on eBay as 1933-1945 vintage.
As Frank says, make sure it has 'R' on the wreath on the six o'clock position.
