Hi Miraul, the plaque is the NS Reiterkorps Verdienstplakette. According to Detlev's new book, value is about $150. I do not know if your's is an original as this is not my area of collecting. But I would worry about the pock marks which might be due to casting? Also value would be less for the example you show due to it's condition.

it's orginal plakette. was found in a ground with luftwaffe norwegen honor plakette.
