    GERMAN ARMY CLOSE COMBAT CLASP.

is it original ? seems so but as the price is only 225$ it gives me a doubt...

please let me know what you think and how much do you think it worth cause for what i know, it is rare and the value would be more around 800-1000$...

    Hello,

Sorry, but that one is a cast fake. No chance!

    Best regards,

        Okay! Here you go.

        1. Soft detail, pitting, and inaccurate details on the front.
        2. Hinge, pin, and catch are completely wrong, unlike any hardware found on originals.
        3. Opening for the back plate is too large and too deep.
        4. Backing plate is too small and is set too far down.
        5. Complete absence of crimps to hold backing plate in place.

Here are pictures of an original AGMuK Silver Close Combat for comparison.

        Best regards,
        Tom

An example of an original Bronze Close Combat Clasp by AGMuK with a fluted-pin variation. This one is missing its back plate, so it shows what the plate recess should look like.
