    Legion Condor wound badge

    Hi again guys,
I got more pics of my wound badge now
what do you all think? The question was: (on the other thread)
was the swas stamped later to increase value?
I think it all looks period, but I'd value your opinions
    regards
    jon

This pattern of wound badge was awarded throughout the Wehrmacht from September 1939 until the new type began to be distributed in 1940. Looks fine to me.

Hi Jon, looks fine to me too. I really like the "Spanish" pattern badges.

                Cheers, Ade.

Thanks Ade, that thread explains alot.
Here are my two black 'spanish' wound badges.
It seems the one I started this thread off with is of 3rd reich period, but my other (posted here now) is actually the real deal, and of the Spainish Civil war?
                            regards
