I thought all the Eagle Orders were made by Godet, exception being the bronze and silver medal class? Were there others?

I too, was under the impression that all these were marked 900 and 21 on the ring only. I could be wrong. One fella told me these were also made in Spain under contract from Godet in Berlin. I don't know how true that is or not. The medal looks to be ok from the pictures. Some one may have put it in a vise and tried to stamp a 2 on the bib top to make it appear to be a Juncker. thinking this may increase it's value.

Joe, can you give the measurements in MM and the weight in grams?

Thier are no markings on the ring at all nor are their any silver content markings anywhere. I will get back with the measurements and weight.

            Measurements

Hi Guys, I just got to measuring the medal and doing some furthur research. This appears to be the 1939 variation of the Eagle order 3rd class, ribbon is correct in width 40mm and cross measures 45mm across. These are consistant with the measurments givenen in LTC. John Angolia's "For Fuhrer and Fatherland, Political & Civil Awards. He doesn't mentions the "2" stamped on the 1939 3rd class variation. Unfortunatly their is no picture of the actual number. Could this number 2 on my award be the lazy 2 used by Junkers? If anybody has some pics of the different 2s used by Junkers this will put closure on this for me. Also their is mention of other makers other than Godet, 30,and 1,but not Junkers?
            Thanks
            Joe

Hello all. I saw eagle orden 3 class(or 2 class) with mark"2". And Its mark was staped on its edge. Now I have Gross Adlerorden and it is without marker mark, but on its ring stamped silver mark '900"
