Mother's cross with case

Very nice mother cross. I am a great fan of them.
I am still wondering about the dot on the letter i in the word Hitler.
These crosses seem to be genuine, when looking at the rest of the cross.

Ok, now I'm in panic !

Is it bad that there is a dot in the Hitler signature ?

There is no reason for panic.
In the past I thought, that these badges are fakes. But they are looking to good. Nothing else looks like fake.
Some guy once posted, that he has a gold one with a dot, coming from his family. So these ones seem to be genuine.

Been looking in dealers shops for images and didn't find even one with a dot
in the signature.

I hate this feeling of not knowing, I'm sure most of you been in that situation
and know how I feel now.

Please more opinions.

Look how the "r" ( in December ) in both these examples from Bill Shea site ( hope
he don't mind ) look like, it has a long end :

Hi Ran,

the various kinds of lettering depend on the different makers.
Many makers = many kinds of little differences in the cross.
Your cross looks very good and not like a fake.

I have heard the same on the back of them Hansi.Iam interested also in the means that the ribbons are wound to gether(string,etc) I sent Ran some fotos of my silver set and hope he posts them here,RAN(check your E mail),Pardon my pitiful fotography skills,,I hate cameras!

Dion, the images you sent are barely viewable, too blury. If you can photograph
them without moving while taking the picture it can be great

P.s. : I loved the background on one of them though ( with a wheel and swastika ).

Sorry Ran,,I really have a problem with holding cameras lol. The swastika back ground was a DAF book,, a workers book. I will make good ones later tonight

Ran, IMHO your cross is just fine. I've seen a number of fakes here in town and the big kicker is the lack of detail under the blue enamel on the cross. Maybe its just the fakes that I have seen but you can spot them a mile away.

I'll post some pics later of my crosses (I have a bronze in hand.. and I do believe my silver with packet and document is waiting at the post office fore me.. and Im heading there after lunch)
