Hi Dion, I have looked at this badge last time you posted it. Now with the better pics, I would say that it is bad? My reasons are the casting seam on the edge of the badge and the dished back. I did not realise the back was dished in the previous pics. I know many fakes feature this.
Any more thoughts from other members?

Hi Dion, I know you had some reservations about the badge yourself. I am not 100% certain it is bad, but my thoughts are those outlined in my posts. I have just never seen a solid back, black, Spanish wound badge listed as being original.
If no one else responds I would drop Frank H a line and ask his opinion.
