Help with ribbon and bar?

It does look like the Russian Front medal, it also appears to be behind a War Merit Cross ribbon (KVK) and not an Iron Cross ribbon (EK).

Ok the center is black and not red ! Very good sighting !! So this award should help to give a name to this man ??
