Need Identity of Dienstauszeichnungs

Hi everyone,

While I do not have pictures of the 3rd and 4th class Dienstauszeichnungs I speak of, I do know that they are listed in a Luftwaffe officer's Dienstlaufbahn from 1938. The letters amx follow the two award listings. Are these the normal Wehrmacht awards that a long term officer would achieve? I am un-familiar with the class designations.
