Ribbon bar

Is it usual with a ribbon bar who lookes like this?
It lookes like it is 2 ribbon bars who have bin glued toghether betwen the Hansa Cross and the Hounour Cross.
Is it only a ulgy ribbon bar but a true one?

That it´s upside down dosen´t make it esier
