Hi Steve,

All correct, just Saxe-Meinigen,War Merit decoration, not Saxe-Weimar.

Also, this is most likely an NCO ribbon bar, so it would be Saxony, Militär-St. Heinrichs-Orden MEDAL.

A very nice, original ribbon bar.
