I spoke today with the publisher, he told me the book will be $44.95 plus postage (if someone wants a signed one, but I need to know it before the end of december - Please PM me).
The book will be also sold from book stores who will set their own retail prices, but I expect it to be about the same.

Publisher will announce sales once he knows when the book will be ready to ship to his warehouse. He will offer the book at that time to book dealers (wholesale) and readers (retail) and accepts orders directly from them. The book will be present at the SOS military show, 26 Feb-2 Mar.

Publisher wrote me the cost of the book will be 44.95$ (around 35€).
For those who live in US it's cheaper (for shipping costs) order the book directly to the publisher (Tiger III Books).
I'll send him some stickers with signatures so he can add them to the books.

Books will be on market I think between january and february.
