Is the Sudet denazified ot is it just dirt over the swas?

Hi Peter, it's a spot of verdigris inside the wreath ... I want to clean it out and coat it in petroleum jelly but I'm just not sure whether that's the right thing to do ?

Try a wood toothpick to pick out the verdigris.

Good job, it looks much better.
I once hade a medel that the previus owner hade let the verdigris grow on uncontrollably so by the time I got it and picket it out it hade eaten deep inside the medal so it left big deep holes in the medal.
